New storage folder duplicate name

Current behavior

New storage folder duplicate name.

Expected behavior

New storage folder name can only be unique, just like a tag

Steps to reproduce

Create a folder name and define a name, then create a folder with the same name.

Environment

• Version :Boostnote 0.12.1
• OS Version and name :Archlinux

While I agree that this weird, I don't necessarily see this being an issue.

Maybe something could be made like an option saying "warn/disallow on duplicate folder name"?
