`Enable HTML Paste` can grab the image and save it to local storage automatically

Current behavior

Currently, boostnote support Enable HTML Paste. Therefore I can easily backup any webpage without web clipper.

But, the problem is, boostnote remian it as image url instead of save it to local storage.

Expected behavior

I expect:

1. Enable HTML Paste can grab the image and save it to local storage automatically, instead of copy the image and paste it to editor one by one manually.
2. An context menu for allow Paste as HTML or Paste as plain text, it will be very useful.

Steps to reproduce

1. Just copy any web page with text and images
2. paste to boostnote
