The zoom/scale setting is not effective when restarting Boostnote

Current behavior

the zoom setting is "80%",but it display as "100%" when restart Boostnote.

Expected behavior

Display right.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any note and change the zoom setting to any ratio except “100%”.
2. Restart Boostnote.

Can confirm it's broken on Mac too: macOS 10.14.6, Boostnote 0.12.1

Same here. I am on Mac10.15 and Boostnote 0.16.1. This issue has been bothering me for some long time.
