Network selection dropdown in TokenSelect shows a divider on the last item

Description

The network selection dropdown inside the TokenSelect component renders a separator/divider line after the last item in the list. The last item should not have a trailing separator.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the TokenSelect component
2. Expand the network selection dropdown
3. Observe the last item in the list

Expected vs actual behavior

Expected: No separator after the last item in the dropdown.
Actual: A divider line appears below the last network option.
