Intelligent Octopus Go change: allow setting to any time of day

I use the integration for setting my IOG target time because the UX is so much quicker and easier in HA than the Octopus app.

However it looks like Octopus just changed their IOG settings to allow me to target any time of day, whereas the integration still uses half hour increments between 4am and 11am. I still prefer using this integration so adjusting that entity to allow any half hour period all day would be super welcomed and let me carry on in my bliss of full HA control
