  • fix mixture names not being properly displayed for transfer out dialog and patient profile
  • added guard for changing mixture / drug mid chain (changing midchain is okay if entire chain is cancelled)
  • upon saving rx, billing rx, batch refill rx, all cancelled rxes in chain are updated to the mixture / drug of the succesful operation
  • Removed the App Server status indicator from the top toolbar
  • bug fix (POS checkout)
