A Python/PySCF implimentation of the Anti-Hermitian Contracted Schrodinger equation (ACSE)

Solves the ACSE in a spin blocked representation using either the Valdemoro (V) or Nakatsuji-Yasuda (NY) reconstructions of the 3-RDM.
