Pyscenedetect Gui Interface and Resolve like threshhold manipulation

I have an idea.

1. Will you make pyscenedetect gui with this repo>https://github.com/mherrmann/fbs-tutorial?
2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clnlOImwCuc, after watching this tutorial Davinci Resolve can manipulate to threshold or content detection. It is hard via CLI, thus we need Gui option to alter visually.

I'm possibly interested in helping get this issue resolved, but I'm not familiar with fbs GUI. I'm looking into alternatives to this project.

Do you have any thoughts on a GUI library you would want to use with PySceneDetect? I can think of getting a basic Tkinter App for this if it's small enough. The only concern I have for any of the other GUI libraries is if they're more strict on the licensing. If you have time, let me know what you think about:

Kivy - MIT fully open source
Tkinter - Builtin (should be free)
PyQT5 - GPL v3 -> Free?

Anyways, I'm interested in these libraries, if you have no objections, I'll probably just get started on one.

After reviewing that video, I might consider doing something like this in Rust with egui once PySceneDetect is a bit more stable.
