Description

Story: BI-2801

  • Switch initial batch study lookup to direct brapi search call rather than cache lookup (in line with long term goals)
  • Switch to making a single season brapi call for each season id referenced by studies referenced in ous
  • Added some unit tests for confidence as reproducing the issue can be challenging
  • Added AGENTS.md to start adding instructions for agentic coding tools in bi-api
