Bootloader update without USB-Disc

Hi
I've wanted to upgrade the bootloader to update-bootloader-breezedude-from-v3.16.uf2 but I've made a mistake.
I've copied the firmware file 1778173108.uf2 instead of the bootloader file.
Old boot load with new firmware seams to block.
Now the Breezedude do not boot am pressing the reset button juste let the blue led shortly on.
How can i upload the correct bootload?

I've pressed reset 2 times and afterthere the disc was availlable and seems I could go on.
