Fixes issues with trying to display too many markers on the map. Upper limit seems to be about 10K. BirdNET regularly has 30k - 50k submissions per day. Data processing now discards additional submissions from same location, within 10th of a degree.
Additionally, the geofence around the map origin is now a settable parameter so you can adjust how tight of a group is going to be rendered around the map origin.
