A micro-learning framework for building AI competency across organizations.
AI is moving faster than any training program can keep up with. Static workshops and slide decks are outdated before they're delivered. This project takes a different approach: a living, open-source competency framework that uses AI agents to keep itself current — and teaches your teams to think AI-first while respecting your organization's safety and compliance requirements.
Organizations of every kind face the same challenge: they need to adopt AI aggressively to stay competitive, but they need to do so responsibly — with appropriate compliance, privacy, and safety guardrails. In regulated industries like healthcare and finance, the stakes are even higher. Most AI training programs are either too generic (ignore industry-specific risks) or too cautious (teach awareness without building real skills).
This framework solves both problems. It builds practical AI fluency through micro-learning — short, focused exercises that fit into real workflows — while embedding safety guardrails at every level.
Four competency levels, each with hands-on exercises using free, accessible AI tools:

AI agents maintain the content. The framework is reviewed and updated continuously — adapting to new tools, incorporating organizational feedback, and raising the bar as fluency grows. The program practices what it preaches.
Fluency slope over fluency score. We don't just measure where you are — we measure your rate of growth. A beginner who's rapidly improving is more valuable than an expert who's stagnant.
