Admin Unable to Restore Soft-Deleted Projects

Issue

The project restoration function for administrators is currently broken or disabled, preventing the recovery of projects that were soft-deleted/archived by users. And the Icon used is not clear about its functionality

Steps to Reproduce (Admin Account Required)

1. Log in using an Admin/Superuser account.
2. Navigate to the section where deleted/archived projects are listed.
3. Attempt to select a soft-deleted project (e.g., one deleted accidentally by a normal user).
4. Attempt to use the Restore function or icon.

Observed Behavior (The Bug)

1. The project successfully appears in the list of deleted/archived items in the Admin view.
2. The Restore button/icon is disabled

Expected Behavior
The Restore function must be fully operational, allowing the Admin to successfully bring the project back to the active list for the user who lost it.

Test Results:

• Admin is able to delete user projects, and a confirmation prompt is displayed.
• Admin is able to restore deleted projects successfully.
• Deleted projects are visible under the “Deleted Projects” page.
• Individual books can be deleted, and a confirmation prompt appears before deletion.

Suggestion:

Currently, deleted individual books cannot be restored. Please confirm if this is an expected behavior or if restoration should be supported. Awaiting comments from the development team

This is an expected behaviour since currently, we dont have api for restoring deleted books.

Yes we dont have restore for books.
Currenly only project level restore is there and that too for admins.
