[1.4.6] Support for oversized_in_gui & German Fix | 支援 oversized_in_gui、修復德語錯誤

1. Added "oversized_in_gui": True by default to ensure models display correctly in version 1.21.6 and above.
2. Fixed an oversight in the (rarely used) command-line mode where the German language option was missing.
