Now output two summary tables. One with absolute uncertainties, one with relative uncertainties. Still need to add latex tables, maybe in a separate script and combine systematics plotting with 04 in a rewrite of 04. Prob for a different PR though. I think this is everything for now. Please be free to review. |

With the redesigning of the systematics, 05 is a bit out of touch.
I have added a dataframe output to 03 with all the systematic symmetric uncertainties
This is then read into new file and plotted similarly to before. I am thinking though of incorporating the systematic plotting into 04.
