when i do npm start browser-sync.js error

### Issue details
when i start my application using npm start, it is showing windows script host microsoft jscompilation error.I am attaching image down.When i do in ubuntu and mac laptops its starting the locolhost:3000.When it comes to windows not working

Please specify which version of Browsersync, node and npm you're running

node version: v16.14.2
npm installed verion: 8.5.0

After trying a few different things this went away. I seems to happen when there are single quotes around the config file name.
