npm auditdescribes three vulnerabilities in package.json. localtunnel was recently updated to remove its low-level vulnerability in the debug module. After the update, they made a new release to v1.9.1.This PR bumps the version for
localtunnelin BrowserSync to 1.9.1, removing the security vulnerability within the browser-sync npm module.
