bruce.local and ip doesnt work not even in the app

I made a diy bruce on esp32s3 devkit with a 2.2 ili9341 tft, everything works fine except webui first of all i use bruce in AP mode, i connect phone to AP BruceNet, turned off mobile data , and when i try to open webview and accept user pass i have nothing but an error html page not found
does it work only in headless mode?
I scaned LAN and found esp32 ip which was 172.0.0.1
scanned ports and no port was open

problem solved, to access webui bruce and your external browser should be on the same network, simply go to files>webui>AP mode
niw connect your device to BruceNet wifi , password is brucenet
now type in your browser address bar the given link on bruce
http://bruce.local (http not https)
or
172.0.0.1
press enter and type in given "usr pwd" on bruce which is "admin bruce"
turn off any vpn on your device to do this

Still doesn't work I try to open with http and it says FAILED or DNS probe started
