Could we add in the pulling of a couple pins high to enable CC1101 LNA? #2391

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Anyone currently using the big-dick E07-433M20S module which includes an amplifier currently either has to run a switch to both Tx_en and Rx_en to manually pull the respective pins high in order to activate said LNA.

Describe the solution you'd like
If there were 2 semi-standardized pins that were pulled high when transmitting and receiving via the CC1101 module that board builders could route to Tx_en and Rx_en respectively (held low with pull-downs when not in use so they don't float) people could take advantage of the massively increased range of said eByte module.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently running a couple of physical switches activated manually, having pins pull high automatically would be amazing.

Additional context
Pins require 3.3v
