closes #13

  • added ascii art header
  • removed 🚨 emoji from critical section
  • removed decorative version badge
  • fixed the malformed core vision table (prose was colliding with table cells)
  • fixed typo 'We are have bias' -> 'bias is rust'
  • added architecture block showing 4 platform assignments (shannon/haunting/gander/ibeji)
  • cut 350 lines of redundant content (deploy commands duplicated everywhere, verbose tooling descriptions)
  • lowercase throughout, future-facing voice

reviewer: kerouac -- verify architecture block is accurate vs current heraldstack state
