It's not possible to drag window around on left header and header buttons

When moving the window via mouse, this is not possible on the left side:

It's also not possible to drag the window on the buttons on the top:

Here is the tradeoff I was expecting
I will see if I can trigger window moving signal when we hold on the buttons

I would say, check how others do it.
I guess, there should be standard solution for that.

The case is different, other apps are not showing tab pages like my app does...
