"Remove Budibase Brand from Emails" does not include "Reset Password" email

Describe the bug
When checking "Remove Budibase brand from emails", the Reset Password email does not respect this setting, and contains BB logo/branding.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to portal/settings/branding
2. Check "Remove Budibase brand from emails" and save
3. send an email using an automation (contains no BB branding)
4. trigger "reset password email (contains BB branding)

Expected behavior
Reset password email should respect "Remove Budibase brand from emails" settings

Users clicking "Reset Password" link are also directed to a BB branded page that contains testimonials, regardless of settings checked in the portal.
