Need lazy loading with fading in of images.

One app you can download to see the effect to which I'm referring is Trulia. When you scroll down the list of homes, you'll see that the images lazy load and fade in very smoothly

@nathankeating Testing on My Emulator/Samsung i do see Lazy loading introduced as per @sakshityagi changes.
Can you review and confirm?
