feat: add clone event and recurrence dialog for event scheduling

Closes #93
Changes:

• added Clone event and Recurrence dialog box.
• Clone Event Gives option to add and modify the date list
• Recurrence dialog lets us add dates to the list in monthly or weekly recurrence and with for x weeks or until x day option.
