Develop RES/BSXML mapping

The Ruleset Evaluation Schema has been standardized by ASHRAE and some data previously recorded in BuildingSync Schema should follow the RES format instead. This task includes the development of a RES/BSXML mapping.

We have reviewed the requirements for compliance with the Ruleset Evaluation Schema, or RES, as part of ASHRAE Standard 229P. We have found that compliance with 229P would be achieved by allowing users to attach files to BuildingSync reports, and have added that feature in PR #516 . I am closing this ticket.
