Readon identifies readthrough transcripts with long-read sequencing data based on C++, and currently offers two downstream tools and tutorials for building reference files for other species.
We provided a very comprehensive README file for more information on how to run readon.
This version has been tested on g++ (GCC) 8.3.1 with the -std=c++17 flag on Linux x86_64.
