[Feature Request] add ability to drag/drop images from browser

I'd like to be able to drag in an image from the browser (i.e. webp from google images) and have it be available for converting, without downloading then uploading.

I think this is the same as #171 ? or what happens when you drag an image?

I believe #171 is for handling image URLs, rather than images themselves. For example, accessing e.dataTransfer.files of the on drop event. I've actually created a patch for my local instance, maybe I'll go ahead and open a PR :)
