BUG:Not able to focus on tags while navigating through addtask dialog with keyboard

Describe the bug
when we open to addtask dialog to add new task we can focus on every field to edit it with keyboard up and down arrows key
but can not focus on tags feild

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'http://localhost:5173/home'
2. Click on '[a] => shortcut or click on addtask button '
3. Scroll down to 'tags feild'
4. and you will not you can not focus on it with keyboard navigation buttons. you can but by clicking with mouse clicking with mouse.

Expected behavior
it should be able to focus on tag feild for user to edit it with keyboard shortcuts
