Sync settings enabled even if sync server configurations are not set

Describe your issue

user should not able to toggle Sync Settings without first configuring TaskServer.
In my opinion the sync settings should be disabled if config of any one taskServer is not set,And prompt user to set them

Steps to reproduce

navigation
1.open the app
2.click on menu (top right)
IMPORTANT -remove, if any previously created profile/taskServer (remember you cant remove default "New Alias")
3.Click on settings
4. And you will able to set sync on Start and Sync on task create (again which should not be allowed if taskServer configs are not set to import user experience.

What was the expected result?

Should prompt user to set profile/taskServer

Yes sure @SGI-CAPP-AT2 , but notice that all the profile inherits from only one sync option(in settings)
Means -All sync or No sync for all profile.

Should I

option 1 move the sync setting to profile so we could set it individually
option 2 keep the sync settings in settings(as they are now) ,all settings should change for each profile because user should not get confused which settings are shared and which are common for all profile( or we can just label them easy solution :>)

option 3 free for suggestion
