Updated long descriptions and authors for several software entries in assets.json to provide more detailed information and proper attribution.

Changes

  • add authors with type dict, and taken info from the relevant CFF files.
  • added some starting text for long description to software entries.

Impact

This will let the final layout be built for the software packages, the text is not the final form, but will enable the capability to be established with refinement coming later. Authors are in a format that will allow us to parse the CFFs at release time at a later time so that these are self updating.

This is a great addition to the CCPBioSim websites, improving both authorship attribution and overall metadata structure. The use of structured author data from CFF files sets us up well for future automation, while the expanded descriptions help establish the layout going forward. Happy to approve.
