This PR removes
data "aws_ami" "eks_default"from the eks_nbs module. The data source is not used for any resource in the module, and versions of Kubernetes on EKS greater than 1.32 no longer use theamazon-eks-node-1.*naming pattern for AMIs, causing the following error on apply:
