- Added tabbed plot options with 'plot options', 'reference axes', and 'nucleosome slider' panes
- Adjusted tooltip positioning
- Addresssed broken borders on the settings table
There are a few bugs, but the core functionality is there. Will fix bugs by Monday.
still need to fix tooltip
appended an svg to body.
and removed unused files
also changed the nucleosome slider to store data in arrays instead of the html text boxes
