تغییر کلمه "مبنا" به "انحراف معیار"

طبق بحث هایی که با @ZKarbasi داشتم و با توجه به مطالب و تعریف هایی که جمع کردیم، قرار بر این شد که کلمه "bias" رو که "مبنا" ترجمه شده بود، به کلمه "انحراف معیار" تغییر پیدا کنه.

اولا کلمه "bias" اکثر مواقع معنی "سوگیری" یا "انحراف" میده
ولی با توجه این جمله ها:

1. In electronics, biasing is the setting of initial operating conditions [ reference ]
2. The operating point of a device, also known as bias point.
3. operating point: is a specific point within the operation characteristic of a device. This point will be engaged because of the properties of the system and the outside influences and parameters. [ reference ]

و استفاده اون به عنوان exponent bias در استاندارد اعداد اعشاری در کامپیوتر

تصمیم بر این گرفته شده که به کلمه "انحراف معیار" تغییر پیدا کنه
