Added automatic metadata and provenance submission for the tomo sim
Metadata/provenance submission works when tomo step are run seperately, not yet when all at once. Also have to debug/fix running later tomo steps, after reading metadata/provenance from FOXDEN for the previous step.

The Tomo pyramid simulator can now submit records to the FOXDEN metadata and provenance serves. Those can subsequently be used to run the pyramid tomographic reconstruction using and producing FOXDEN metadata and provenance.
