Add French Localization & localized the project

Description:

This pull request adds French localization for most variables in the app. It includes proper plural handling to enhance the user experience for French-speaking users and others.

Changes Made:

• Added French translations for most strings.
• Implemented plural handling to ensure correct messaging based on the number of items (e.g., one item vs. multiple items).
• Reviewed the consistency of terms used in the application to ensure a smooth user experience.

Testing:

• Verified that all translated strings display correctly in the application.
• Tested plural scenarios.

Additional Notes:

• This work improves the accessibility of the application for French-speaking users.
• I've mostly taken care of the French part, if others want to translate the other languages, please refer to the lines added from this commit in the Localizable.strings file for your language
