[Bug] My iDevice is not showing up on Impactor

I have my phone plugged in (iPhone XS ios 18.7.4), I confirmed "trust this device" on my phone and its still not detected by Impactor. I don't know what to do, I also have Itunes installed

Restart computer and make sure itunes is from apples website

I started 3uTools and my phone showed up! weird but I made it work...

I have iTunes from the website but it is not finding my iphone anymore. I think it started ever since I got Apple Devices. Is that why?
