Changes

1. Added global admin page in /admin route. By default the demo accounts are global admins but could be overridden by ADMIN_EMAIL / ADMIN_PASSWORD env vars in production
2. Global admins can view all users, orgs, teams and invitations, create & manage orgs/teams and invite users to orgs/teams
3. Disabled the signup flow
4. Added the forgot password flow to update password
5. Enable/disable features
