PlaylistEditor.js,VideoThumbnail.js): Fixed a visual bug where selecting a new custom cover or video thumbnail during the creation of a new, unsaved playlist failed to instantly update the main cover art preview. Added explicit Reactkeyprops tied to theurito force the<Image>component inside<VideoThumbnail>to reliably unmount and remount when source strings change.This discussion was created from the release v1.7.5.
