Logout: User should re-enter credentials when logging back in

Steps to reproduce:

Using a clean browser (remove all cookies, storage, etc for domain)
Login, ensuring that the Auth0 UI is displayed, and prompts for user credentials.
Confirm that credentials are OK, and that the SPWA 'Login' button changes to 'Logout'.
Press 'Logout'.
Confirm that the SPWA 'Logout' button changes to 'Login'.
Press 'Login'.
The SPWA performs a login, without asking for credentials.

Expected behaviour:

The SPWA should as for credentials on EVERY login.
