Post

/service/author/{AUTHOR_ID}/posts/{POST_ID} will get you the post of that author with the 5 most recent comments

POST Requests:

URL: ://service/author/{AUTHOR_ID}/posts/{POST_ID=null} will create the post for that author.

### DELETE Requests:
