🛠 Changes
Extends the checks for sonarqube that were running only for Javascript functions to cover Python functions. Evaluated in tandem with Github Snyk integration that was just turned on.

These changes were made to support an increase of python logic in the CDAP repo and ensure approved github actions are being leveraged.
