- Add baseline information to the project root readme
- Fix logical architecture diagram in doc site

Update to v1.2 of the diagram which contains a mobile image that is rendered correctly. This version also corrects the scope dotted line to correctly run behind all zone ecu boxes. Signed-off-by: Stephen Lawrence <stephen.lawrence@renesas.com>
