Not sure if this is the same as what I saw the other night but any chance we can change the HTML to be more compact. Something more like https://github.com/CPRT/webUI/blob/main/src/components/panels/NetworkHealthTelemetryPanel.tsx#L227? Your version looked wonderful but takes up a lot of real estate |

I've rotated and squished it a bit, so now it fits in under the video controls |

Adds a panel to interact with the PDB_Rails node. This reports power good from the e-fuses and can enable and disable individual rails. An orange border will appear around rails that are enabled but not reporting power good.
