display 2 images side by side
Left stick / WASD : move image up, down, left, right
Trigger / R,F : move image forward, backward
Right stick / arrow key : adjust angle between pages, lean pages back and front
Bumper / Q,E : adjust gap of images
Button0, Mouse0, LeftCtrl : next image
Button1, Mouse1, LeftAlt : prev image
button2, Mouse2, Tab : swap images
button3, Mouse3, Space : hide/display Left image
