Added a “Tools” menu, which now includes various tasks:
• Delete a specific HCP Cluster (eg. having more than one cluster, missing LOG file, etc.)
• Delete a single, specific VPC
• Delete ALL (clean up the entire environment)
• check your terminal OS and platform so you can install/update:
◦ a specific CLI among those necessary for the ROSA HCP clusters
◦ all CLIs* at the same time

*eg. ROSA, OC, AWS, JQ
