You shouldn't make this PR at all. I have already made all of these in my master branch and I wait for the rest of my PRs to be merged first. |

Sorry, @XhmikosR I think I created some overlap with #431 because the EditorConfig plugin does some similar cleanup when I was saving the changes to the
/*globalsdirectives.
