There doesn't seem to be any other mention of SAX in the project, where are you getting that from?

Yep, it can be a bit tricky to find :) It would probably be a good idea to put a link to that file in the master readme at some point.

This ensures that tests are executed each time module is published to npm and adds a bit of metadata so that it is easier to find in the npm registry.
