We would like to show historical data for elections, which is present in the old site.

- Allows full use of the Elections API
- Display election statistics from different elections
- Show the statistics in various charts
Code changes
- Adding an OpenAPI -> Angular generator
- Adding an npm script to automatically build the API services and interfaces
- Adding some sort of charting library to display results in a more visually pleasing way
