problem with slt_arctic_demo

hello everyone
Recently i installed merlin to work speech synthesis with dnn training. But i succesfully compiled all tools and some python libraries that are needed.
When i run the command ./run_demo in the 3rd step of the phase which is train of duration model the training completes succesfully but it stops when it tries to generate the .lab files.
I am trying but without any luck until now..if someone can help .
