Building own voice with Merlin - Prerequisites

Hi,
I want to know what are the files that we need to put into different folders of Merlin toolkit, in order to build a new voice before starting the set_up process.
I actually developed TTS with merlin for a language but it doesn't give voice output it just gives "mm" sound for all utterances. So I want to freshly start building voice again
As the details on the needed files and folders to place them are not even in the Merlin Documentation, Can someone help me in this issue to start voice building?

No I couldn't figure it out.
